For online submission please make sure to complete the "Personal Contact Information Sheet" or "Business Contact Information Sheet" and include it with your submission. Failure to include this form will encounter delays with processing your file. 

Please make sure to include all documents necessary to complete your tax filing. If you are unsure of what you need please use our "Personal Tax Needs List" or if you file a C-Corp, S-Corp or LLC use the"Business Tax Needs List", to determine what you should include with your submission. 

Please only submit a complete file. If you do not have all of your forms please DO NOT submit until you receive all necessary forms. When your file is complete, please send the file to our dedicated EMAIL.
